Here is a devon mine sough I’m going to explore sometime (probably not from here – there’s an upstream entrance that looks marginally easier for ceiling sucking).
On the beach there are obvious “caves” aka coffin levels, so I’m hopeful for what’s available elsewhere.
Coffin levels were these very distinctive shape mine passages like pic 1 which were just big enough for a human. I think they were mining lead here.
