Hall of the Mountain King from Mistral. How can you even describe a trip like this?
‘• On two occasions, two different people fell over they were laughing so hard
‘• We learnt what one wellie of water can do to a pathetic slide and Matt saved me
‘• Jas lost her wellies and Matt saved her.
‘• Judith almost became one with one part of the cave and Matt saved her.
‘• Sam made herself rabbit ears.
‘• We learned that taking your wellies off does not, in fact, make your feet stickier
‘• Sam, Matt and Judith would have sacrificed themselves for Tim and Jas if there hadn’t been a better way.
‘• Judith and Jas almost became strongly attached to their helmets
‘• We all enjoyed the hot tub, and some enjoyed it so much they went back for more.
The cave was also impressive with huge caverns and incredible formations. It was a memorable trip to a memorable cave.
