Woman climbs first Wainwright - breaking news

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Woman climbs first Wainright

Earlier this year, Jen hiked up her first Wainwright in the Lake District – Catbells. The group walked up the gentle side and down the steep bit, with Jen not complaining once.

Along the way, they even found an old mine to explore. On the way down, Jen took great pleasure in telling other hikers who struggling up the steep bit that they could have taken a more enjoyable route.

The views from the top of Catbells were incredible and the weather was warm and sunny. It was a successful and memorable day for Jen and Tim.

“I’m so proud of Jen for conquering her first Wainwright,” said a fellow hiker Tim. “It’s a great achievement and she should be very proud of herself.”

Jen is already planning her next adventure in the Lake District and is looking forward to tackling more challenging peaks in the future.

Jen when reached for comment said,
“This is really weird. Why are you talking like this? Stop! Stop being weird. I’m never going hiking with you again!”

At time of going to press, it’s not known if this was a joke, or an entirely made up quote.
