Yesterday I met Steph who has been living in her van since January.
We explored Woolacombe and shared stories about #vanlife realities that don’t get talked about so much.
Steph told me about how fairly recently she’d come back to her van to find two guys leaning off against the front of her van. “Could you get off my van please? I’m about to drive away” – “Why should we? What you gonna do?” “Err, ok, I guess. Where’s the nearest pub round here? – “What?” “If I’m gonna be here a while, I’m gonna need a drink” – “I’d take YOU for a drink!” “Ok then”
And off they went to the pub.
When they got to pub Steph, ordered one of everything. Once they’d got everything: “See you guys, nice to meet you”
She left the guys and their drinks, went back to her van and drove away! /Thanks to @orangeadvantures for introducing us
