One of the best things about my friendship with Dean and Amy has been them letting me show them “my world” whilst they show me theirs.
Taking them around this scary looking historic location was an absolute privilege and they showed it a great deal of awe and respect.
Amy even said it wasn’t anywhere near as scary as she expected.
It’s strange what brings people together, and sometimes it’s easier to be grateful for it than it is to understand it
Particular highlights of this trip involve leaving and arriving – which I’m sure Dean will remember for some time!
This sort of place isn’t the place you’d want to be without someone who knew what they were doing or the right equipment.
