Three generations climbing together in Snowdonia

The Climbing Clan Spontaneously went to Snowdonia last weekend.

I climbed in a 3, with 3 generations of family!

We did some easy multipitch (chimney crack[M] and mossy slab[HVD]) on little Tryfan, then did Pulpit route[VDiff] on Milestone Buttress. On Sunday, we did Pinnacle Rib Route [diff] on the east face.

It was my mum’s first multipitch climbs and my nephew’s first outdoor climbs!

Thanks to @isabelle.chiu.3 for this photo of me on Little Tryfan, and Ryan for bringing the walkie talkies, Rebecca for showing us the route up, Leona for the photos and video, Fyndo for the technical advice, Jake for trading a quickdraw for a krab, Rob for lending the half ropes and guideplates, Tom for carrying my rack and Judith for doing so much driving. Can’t wait to do it all again soon!
