Throwback to a particularly memorable mine exploring through trip with Kirsty and Anna a few weeks ago.
Christmas came early and we found cave pearls

•We found the stemple highway of the caving crew choir
We found the through trip
ªWe found the shaft to the concrete bung
Kirsty remembered her SRT and descended every pitch without going too fast
Anna tested all the abseils for us
Two ex-smokers really hate underground smokers
We had an extremely long lunch stop
ԼThe navigation went really well, and time spent the night before reading trip reports and looking at surveys was well spent.

There’s so much more I’d like to explore!
Time to study the survey and go back. Who’d be keen to visit one day?
