I’m not eager to name this Aven but the trip here has to be one of the best decorated in the region.
One of the things that stood out about this trip for me was how everyone pushed themselves, but everyone also brought skills.
Matt pushed himself at SRT and lead the gnarly climb
²Jas pushed herself by using a Stop 2019 and yet pushed the optional gnarly crawl the furthest
©Alison pushed herself using an Italian hitch in anger and helped Matt get set up for SRT
Alan rigged a pull through better than I could have and helped Jas be extra secure at the top of the freehanging pitch
It says a lot about the Crew when people lean on their skills to support each other in the cave.
